The Unspoken Prayer

A moving adaptation of Mark Twain's profound, ironic sermon
"The War Prayer"

The 75-minute presentation pulls no punches or diltutes the message with an intermission. The piece is fervently underscored by the "down home" a capella singing of THE VOICES OF SALVATION from South Carolina, led by Mr LeRoy Stewart, along with guest soloist Julia DeHart and Ilatio Small. Add to these the commanding voice of Charlotte's Jesse Hamilton and the haunting portrayal of The Messenger by nationally-acclaimed actor Wayne DeHart, and the result is a thought-filled, entertaining show that will please all.
